Pre-Departure Protection
Pre Departure Protection is NOT MANDATORY OR REQUIRED. It is for any reason you would need to cancel up until 9 days prior to travel date, you would get a refund minus the amount of the vacation protection and deposits. The deposit and the cost of the pre-departure protection are NON-REFUNDABLE. If one person in the room wants the protection, everyone is required to get it. The coverage is not per person, it is per room, so everyone has to acquire it or no one can acquire it. Also, for any reason, if your desire to make changes to your booking (dates, hotels, flights, any type of changes) you WILL NOT be charged an additional FEE if your have pre-departure protection. If you DO NOT have pre-departure protection and need to make changes, there will be an additional fee of $75 per person to make changes. Any changes have to be made 15 days prior to travel date with or without pre-departure protection. If you choose not to purchase the vacation protection and you have to cancel, you will lose your deposits PER PERSON and any payments you have paid over that would be issued in a future travel credit issued to my agency for you to use within 1 year.

Here are the direct links for some excursion options to your destination extravaganza! You must use these direct links to book your excursions to get this rate. This link allows you to reserve now and pay later by putting your credit/debit card on file and they will charge your card 72 hours prior to excursion date. It’s best to go ahead and reserve in advance to prevent the excursions of your desire from selling out. With most excursions hotel/resort pick up and drop off is included.
Just read the “WHAT’S INCLUDED DETAILS.” If you decide at a later date that you know longer want to do the excursions all you have to do is cancel at least 4 days prior to the scheduled excursions. If you need additional assistance, please let me know.
